By purchasing an entry to this event you are agreeing to the following terms & conditions

 

Transfer & Withdrawals Policy

 

Once you enter an event we  do not offer refunds but we will offer a defer to the next event as long as the defer is requested 3 months prior to the event.

We cannot offer defers requested within 3 months before an event.  

You can now add insurance to your entry on Active.com, 

 

PROTECT YOUR REGISTRATION FEES

* Protect your booking with Registration Protection for a small percentage. Receive a full refund of the purchase price and processing fee should you be unable to attend your event due to a specified reason, such as:

  • Injury or illness

  • Vehicle breakdown or theft

  • Adverse weather resulting in travel warnings

  • Work relocation

  • And more

 

You can also choose to transfer your entry to another event or someone else for a £5 plus the difference in cost of the event chosen.  This can de done upto 1 day before the event and can be done via your Active.com account.

NO DEFERS CAN BE OFFERED.

 

By entering a Forest Warrior Event you are confirming your availability to attend that event and agreeing to the terms and conditions above.

 

By entering an event you are confirming yourself fit and well and able to perform the challenge of the event you are signing up for.  We will accept no responsibility for any accident or injury or death caused whilst attending & taking part in one of our events.

Personal insurance is advisable for any sporting or dangerous activity and we would advise you to check your personal cover BEFORE you sign up for an event.  By entering an event you are confirming your agreement to the above terms & conditions.

 

Should an event not take place due to unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather you will be offered an alternative date or race at the closest most convenient time.

 

 

 

 

Race Disclaimer

You accept that taking part in any of these events is by its nature hazardous and contains certain inherent risks. I agree that I participate entirely at my own risk and accept that the event organisers are not liable for any loss, damage, claim, expense, injury or accidents which may arise as a consequence of my negligence at this event. I will participate with care and attention, abiding by the rules of the event. You fully understand and agree that all the obstacles are optional and that by choosing to do an obstacle you are confirming that you have assessed the dangers and are prepared to accept that injuries may occur.

You remain responsible for my own property and actions. You are in good health and have done sufficient training to safely complete the course. You have read and understand the event description on the www.forestwarrior.co.uk website and clearly understand what is entailed.

We do advise that you consider acquiring your own personal insurance. If you do happen to hurt yourself for some reason, personal sports cover will help pay medical costs and help towards any loss of earnings. Visit www.sportscoverdirect.com where you can take out one day cover.

Signing-up to participate in an event will be done through ForestWarrior.co.uk The information you provide to register for a Forest Warrior event will be shared with us and our partners and sponsors and used by us in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
